The BNHIVC web site is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information about its visitors ("users"). How we will use this information The committee will use this information to contact you about the BNHIVC club and membership to the club. The club will keep this information for the the purposes of club, e.g. membership and for the safety and security of all members. We will use this information morally and fairly and we will keep the information secure. We will not keep your information longer than is reasonable for the operation of our club and the safety and security of our members. Disclosure of information to third parties Personal information that has been volunteered to us is never passed on to third parties, except if release is required by law or is pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations or proceedings, or unless it is required as part of the operation of the BNHIVC club. Summary of terms Browser Used to locate and display Web pages via a software application. Cookies Unique number or message given to a web browser by a web server.
