As a new enquirer, we offer you three months TRIAL MEMBERSHIP of Basingstoke And North
Hampshire IVC for only £10.
All we ask is that you complete and submit our Online Enquiry Form and pay £10.00 by
the end of the current month to any Committee member. Once you have attended at least three
club activities and are known to two Committee members, you will be eligible to apply for full membership.
This Trial Membership will enable us to send you a printed copy of our monthly programme by post.
When we receive your enquiry, we will send you the following information:
A Welcome Letter.
A copy of the club events bulletin.
Information about the club.

When we receive the enquiry, we will send you a request for payment of the £10.00 trial fee in an
email which also has attached a PDF copy of your first bulletin.

Please print and complete this form, then give it to one of the IVC officers at a club night, or an event together
with your cheque. Alternatively, please send it to the address shown on the form, with your £10.00 subscription.
Cheques payable to BNHIVC. Please do not send cash by post.
Applying for Full Membership
You can apply for full membership once you have attended at least three events (including Club Nights)
and are known to two committee members.
The BNHIVC membership fees for 2006/7 are as below:
£35 - Single Memberhip
£50 - Joint Memberhip (One bulletin between two people at the same address)
To apply for full membership, please print the form from the link below and send it with your cheque
payable to "BNHIVC" to the membership Secretary whose name and address appears on
the form.

Your full membership renewal date will be set from the date that your Trial Membership expires, so you can
apply to join at any time during the Trial Membership and know you will not lose out.
Response Time
We will endeavor to get our New Members information to you as soon as
possible. We normally manage to respond within 2 days to enquiries, but please
understand that our committee members are all volunteers and if they are away
for any reason, they may not be able to respond as quickly as normal.
We suggest you allow up to 7 days for delivery. If you find we have
not responded to you within 7 days, then please send an email to postmaster@bnhivc.org
and we will look into this delay straight away.
Trial member facilities
Trial Members are regarded as
"guests" at all club events. This means that priority may occasionally be given
to full club members and/or differential charges applied to club events. The
Trial Membership carries no voting rights within the Club and is valid for up to three months
from the date of receipt of an application.
Data Protection Act
Basingstoke & North Hampshire IVC is regulated by
the data protection act 1984. We respect your privacy and
will never knowingly disclose any of your details to any
third party.
The information you supply will only be used for purposes of
club administration in accordance with the principles of the Data
Protection Act. By completing the enquiry form, you will have consented to,
and accept responsibility for, having these registration details
recorded in a database for the purposes of Group administration.
If the details are not your own, then you may also be held
responsible for any errors, omissions or failure to obtain permission
to register any of the information supplied.
